YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
Last updated November 7, 2026
This notice describes the current public Gig Tax Pros website. A private client workspace or a separate service provider may have additional privacy information and terms, which should be reviewed before providing information there.
Information on this public site
The website explains services, independent office information and client-access availability. Its preparation tools and owner-interest brief do not send an inquiry or application. This public site has no tax-document upload, account registration or payment checkout. Exploring services or preparing a brief does not start a tax engagement or enroll an office.
Hosting and technical information
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information needed to deliver, operate and secure it, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Vercel’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Notice.
Cookies and analytics
The site’s own code does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, or load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting and security services may process requests independently of the site’s code. If you choose to load an office map, that third-party map follows the provider’s own practices, described below.
Preparation planner and checklist
The planner uses non-sensitive service, year and platform choices. A checklist link can carry those preferences in its URL fragment, which your browser may retain in history; the fragment is not sent in the HTTP request. Checklist selections stay in the current tab and reset on reload. Printing or downloading creates a copy only when you request it. These tools do not submit a client inquiry or send tax documents to the firm.
Owner-interest brief
Office and owner details entered in the brief stay in the current page’s memory. The tool does not send them to a server or email recipient, and Gig Tax Pros does not receive them through this form. Preparing a preview does not submit an application or reserve a workshop place. Clear or reload the page to remove the draft.
Downloading the brief creates a readable text file on your device. If you print it, a readable paper or PDF copy may also remain. These copies are not cleared when you reset or reload the page; store and delete them as appropriate. Keep client tax information, taxpayer IDs, bank details and passwords out of the brief.
Advertising-pool planner
The planner uses your selected office count and monthly per-office contribution to show arithmetic examples in this page. These inputs are not sent to a server or saved by the site; Reset or reload restores the defaults. Its examples do not make a payment, quote or fee commitment, and do not forecast earnings, leads or customers.
Optional office maps
Published office details can be read without loading a map. When an office map is available, an OpenStreetMap frame loads only after you click the map button. Loading it, or following an external OpenStreetMap link, connects your browser to that provider, which receives normal request information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested map area. For the embedded map request, the browser shares this public site’s origin as the referrer rather than its full page URL.
The office-map feature does not request your device’s location or upload tax records or brief-form contents. You can close the embedded map without leaving the office directory. OpenStreetMap’s handling of its requests and content is described in the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.
Contact and external links
When phone, email and client-workspace links become available, using one may take you to a separate service or your email or telephone application. Information you choose to send there is handled through that channel. External websites, including IRS resources, have their own notices and practices.
Tax documents and sensitive information
Wait for verified instructions from your tax professional before sharing tax documents. This public website is not a document vault. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents or tax returns in general contact messages.
Questions and updates
Direct contact details are being finalized and will be published in the contact section. If information-handling features change, this notice should be updated before those features are enabled. The date above identifies this version.
