Website terms.

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms describe the public Gig Tax Pros website and its current service information. A signed professional engagement, private workspace or third-party service may have separate terms.

Information and professional services

Website content introduces services and provides general information. It is not individualized tax, legal or financial advice. Browsing the website, opening a dialog or requesting information does not create a professional engagement. Confirm the preparer, services, scope, timing and fees before work begins.

Current availability

Client onboarding and private workspace access are opening soon. This public site currently does not prepare or file returns, accept tax-document uploads, collect payments or confirm appointments. Availability and verified contact details will be posted in the contact section.

Examples and tax outcomes

Financial figures in the artwork are illustrative. They are not a calculation, quote or guarantee for any visitor. Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances, records and applicable rules. No particular refund, deduction or tax saving is guaranteed.

Your information and review

Work with your tax professional to provide accurate and complete records, understand the return and ask questions before signing. The IRS provides independent guidance on choosing a tax return preparer.

Client workspaces and external services

Shuug provides the configurable business platform used for the firm’s Tax Firm workflow. Any external filing engine, payment provider or other linked service is separate. Follow the instructions and terms provided for the actual service you use. A status shown on this website is not proof that a return has been submitted or accepted.

Respectful use and independent brands

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its availability. Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners; Gig Tax Pros is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either platform.
